Hello, my order has been listed as delivered but I have not received anything and the tracking link for the carrier never worked. I have tried to contact support but I have not received a response so far... Please help and thank you for your time.

This happened to me, too. I sent 3 e-mails to shop@t1.gg, and no one replied. So sad that the customer service sucks
