I am worried about my order because the tracking system doesn’t seem to work. Any alternatives?

Hi! Here’s an update on my post.
Great news, after 10 e-mails and a 3 months wait, I’ve received an apology e-mail response. It basically said two things: we’re deeply sorry and your order is to be shipped in july.
I hope you all receive your orders in an appropriate timing! Let’s go T1!

That email is a copy+paste message. They do that every month. I ordered my Jersey + Winter package since March 18. Every month they will just change it from April to May to June to July and for sure to August.
