Status "delivered" but no item received yet

Hi just wanted to ask what the "delivered" status means exactly? Because I haven't received my items yet they're tagged as "delivered" already. Tried using the tracking as well but it says that the shipping carrier doesn't support tracking.

I had the same issue, but justed received mine today (10 days after they marked it as delivered).

Same isue as well, have tried to get them through other channels such as email and social media but no reply.

I had the same issue and after a while customer support answered me. Apparently they had a problem in their system but it was solved and they were working on it. After a few days I got my package.
