I ordered on this website 3 weeks ago and I have not received a single mail yet… I have 0 informations about my order and I don’t even know when I will get it, still written « preparing shipment » I might cancel my order sadly. What is so difficult in sending a jersey ?

[UPDATE] : I had to refund, too much waiting. I wanted my jersey for xmas and I wasn't even going to get it before 6 months I guess. Heartbreaking experience...

[UPDATE2] : 3 days and still not getting money back so I sent a mail and they said I would receive my order within january so I’m cancelling my refund. Will instant refund if I don’t get my jersey in january.

Even if you email them, they only say there's an error with their system that's causing delays, they won't provide any other update. Last year it took me 3months+ to get 22T1 jerseys and they had the same problem back then as well. It seems like its a persistent issue for all international purchases. They really need to fix/enhance the problems with international orders. I cannot believe the way they handle these orders, people just have to way without any definitive answer.

I am in the same boat as you guys. Ordered in Nov. 28 and it is now Jan. 29 and the customer service stop replying after Jan. 5. I can understand delays but don't understand why they don't talk to you.
