When will my shirt be shipped?

My order was placed on July 9th. It has been almost a month passed but the status is still preparing shipment. If you have issue of shipment delay, you should announce it. There are a lot of complaints about your inefficient delivery. Anyway, I just want to know WHEN my order will be shipped!!!!

My jersey order got cancelled because out of stock , but I have already finished the payment , although they refund to me , but it is so worse
