Wrote as Delivered but I received nothing yet.

Hello, I ordered this jersey a month ago and now it's say that it's delivered but I didn't receive anything, does someone had the same issue or a tip for that ? Moreover tracking doesn't work so I have no informations..

The worst e-shopping experience

I purchased the jersey on 2022/3/7, and got informed that the jersey was delivered on 3/17. Until today, I still have no idea where the jersey is . Evene though I have sent 3 e-mails to shop@t1.gg, nobody replied. Besides, the offical website doesn't provide any way to track the shipment. This is the worst e-shopping experience in my life. T1 shop sucks 😥

It says delivered but it is not delivered.

Sent multiple emails, and got no answer back. Never received any of the ordered item, and cannot track any of the orders. I waited for 1 month+ and it just seems like you guys don't work rather than not being able to work. According to how you guys are operating, it seems like the world has already come to an end, and that there is no shipping service.

"Delivered" But It's Really Not

-says "delivered" but nowhere to be found-no tracking in the year 2022Very worrying that there's multiple complaints like this. Best LoL team but worst store. Not based of you at all, Joseph Patrick Marsh. I will be asking for a refund, but I doubt they'll even do that.

Great quality, I love it so much!

The order was postponed, and there was an error in the system so it marked it wrongly as delivered, but I have it now! It's such good quality!

Never Received Item

It says it was delivered, but tracking never worked and I've never seen it delivered to my front door. Super disappointing especially since it's a high shipping charge as well.

They are requesting fees

I want a refund, I'm receiving my T-shirt today and the shipping company request me 113€ of custom fees. I don't understand how and why but I won't accept paying this fee from my pocket. It is unacceptable.
